PINless, Calling Card Private lablel Architechture

CALL PROCESSING FLOW:
- SIP endpoints (IP Phone/Softphone/ATA) register with SBC
- SBC registrar server handles INVITE messages, manipulates NATed messages and saves to the LOCATION Database for future Location Server to look up the endpoint location
- Calls come in from IP Phone/Softphone/ATA via IP/Internet
- Calls come in from Pinless subscriber via DID Provider gateways
- All calls reach SBC via IP and are authenticated against
- IP Address
- Calling Number (ANI)
- DNIS Prefix (PIN Prefix)
- DID Number (ANI)
- Any combination of the above
- After authenticated, SBC passes calls to Application Server for further processing
- Application Server plays IVR to prompt destination number (for Pinless calls only)
- B2BUA application checks how many minutes caller are allowed to call and passes call to correct Termination Provider via Static Routing or LCR
- When Caller or Callee hangs up or timeout reached, Billing Application generates CDRs and deducts account’s credit
Pinless Direct Dial Service Delivery:
- Customer dials any DIRECT access numbers from registered PSTN phone or mobile phone.
- System will authenticate account via the ANI registered. If no ANI is registered, The system will hang up the calls.
- Once account existence is verified, IF Direct dial profiles on this DIRECT Access number is exist , the system will auto dial the destination number, ELSE, IVR will prompt to enter destination number
- Next system validates account balance against the rate/min of the destination call and announces the minutes available.
- Once customer is finished with the call, system will tally the call’s total cost and deduct from customer account balance
IP Phone Service Delivery:
- Using IP Phone, Customer dials destination number.
- System will authenticate account via the IP Phone Account registered. If no Account is registered, IVR, will prompt customer to enter PIN for authentication.
- Next system validates account balance against the rate/min of the destination call and announces the minutes available.
- Once customer is finished with the call, system will tally the call’s total cost and deduct from customer account balance.
Inbound DID call Service Delivery:
- Any Caller dials Account’s DID number from PSTN phone or mobile phone
- System will authenticate if DID is valid and registered.
- Forward call to correct destination of IP Phone
Once customer is finished with the call, system will tally the call’s total cost and deduct from DID account balance
PREPAID CALLING CARD (PCC) DISTRIBUTION MODEL
Distributed by Private Label Reseller only.
- PCC accounts are generated using the USIP engine with a unique call plan under Reseller’s Account.
- Each PCC must be attached with an Agent ID.
- Use System Account ID as serial # for the printed calling card.
- Card PIN is the same as system PIN (10digit)
